I offer personalized coaching for midlife athletes who care about sustainable fitness, long-term health, and staying capable through the changing seasons of life.

Training is built around real constraints (time, recovery, work, family, and health) without losing structure or purpose. Programs develop fitness, endurance, strength, skills, and confidence, with an emphasis on consistency over years, not just a single season.

Coaching extends beyond structured training plans. I support athletes in making thoughtful decisions around goals, events, recovery, and long-term sustainability. This includes navigating setbacks, adapting to change, and maintaining perspective through the highs and lows of sport and life.

Coaching also includes integrated guidance around strength training, mobility, recovery practices, nutrition habits, and supportive wellness tools that help athletes move well, recover effectively, and maintain a healthy relationship with training over time.
